New to Grubby.city? Create an account, set your city and add a delivery address to start browsing restaurants and home chefs near you.

  • Sign up with email or a supported social login
  • Set your default city and delivery address
  • Add a payment method for faster checkout
  • Allow location access to see the most accurate ETAs

Orders & deliveries

Most order issues can be resolved in a few taps from your dashboard. For anything urgent during a live delivery, use the in-app chat with the driver.

  • Track an active order in real time from your dashboard
  • Report a missing, incorrect or damaged item within 24 hours of delivery
  • Cancel an order before the restaurant accepts it
  • Reorder a previous order in one tap from your order history
  • Add gate codes, floor numbers or doorman names to delivery instructions
  • Switch to contactless drop-off at checkout if you prefer

Meal plans & subscriptions

Manage your monthly meal plan from the Meal plans tab. Plans run month to month and do not auto-renew — renew before your cycle ends to keep deliveries going. Changes saved before the weekly cut-off apply to the next delivery.

  • Pause, skip a week or cancel anytime from your plan settings
  • Swap meals, change portion sizes or update delivery windows
  • Update your delivery address per cycle or permanently
  • See your current cycle end date and renew for the next month from billing

Account & payments

  • Update your name, email or phone in account settings
  • Add or remove payment methods at checkout or in your profile
  • Download receipts and invoices from your order history
  • Request a refund or credit for an issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Reset your password from the sign-in screen
  • Request a copy or deletion of your data via privacy@grubby.city

Safety, allergies & food quality

Food safety is a shared responsibility between us, our restaurants and our home chefs. If something doesn't look or taste right, stop eating it and report it through the app.

  • Check allergen tags on each menu item before ordering
  • Add allergy notes to your order and confirm with the kitchen via chat
  • Report quality or hygiene concerns within 24 hours so we can investigate
  • For suspected food poisoning, contact support immediately and seek medical advice

For partners

  • Restaurants: manage menus, hours and promotions from the restaurant dashboard
  • Home chefs: publish offerings, set capacity and accept orders from the chef dashboard
  • Drivers: view active deliveries, weekly earnings and tips from the driver dashboard
  • Update payout details and tax information from partner settings
  • Reach the partner success team at partners@grubby.city

Corporate & group orders

  • Set up a corporate account at grubby.city/partners for team meals
  • Add team members and budget rules from the corporate dashboard
  • Schedule recurring group orders or office meal plans
  • Receive consolidated monthly invoices instead of per-order receipts

Troubleshooting

  • App not loading? Check connectivity, then update to the latest version
  • Payment declined? Verify card details and available funds, or try another method
  • Wrong location showing? Enable precise location permissions in your device settings
  • Notifications missing? Allow notifications for Grubby.city in system settings
